Description

Mindful Hatha and Breathwork is a grounding and energising class that combines simple yoga postures with breathing techniques designed to clear the mind and recharge the body.
Each class opens with a calming breathing exercise (Nadi Shodhana) to settle the nervous system and prepare the body for movement. Throughout the postures, the breath deepens with an ocean-like rhythmic breathing technique (Ujjayi) to build focus and internal warmth. The class closes with a short rest (Savasana) followed by an energising breathing sequence (Kapalabhati) that leaves you feeling awake, clear and ready for the day.
A complete practice for body and mind. No experience required. All levels welcome.
