Description
Mindful Hatha and Breathwork is a grounding and energising class that combines simple yoga postures with breathing techniques designed to clear the mind and recharge the body.
Each class opens with a calming breathing exercise (Nadi Shodhana) to settle the nervous system and prepare the body for movement. Throughout the postures, the breath is used to build focus and internal warmth. The class closes with a short rest (Savasana) followed by an energising breathing sequence (Kapalabhati) that leaves you feeling awake, clear and ready for the day.
A complete practice for body and mind. No experience required. All levels welcome.
