Chris Fernie is the founder of the Institute for Internal Transformation, a non-profit institute based in Northern California. He has taught internationally for the past thirty years.

Topic of study
Internal practices often tend towards poetic description. This is not wrong for the heart of the subject defies absolute definition.
However we can build a
foundation that will make entry into the mystical more reliable and definite. In this course we will examine efficiency of movement, Yin and yang and generation of energy. The clearer we are about these principles the more likely it is that the poetic will have a profound and stable root. The course is open to all, but will be of particular interest to Qigong, yoga and internal martial arts practitioners.

Nuts and Bolts
We will use a mixture to laying down, sitting and standing explorations. You will learn to move and breath with greater easy and satisfaction. On a deeper level ones inner energy system will become more apparent and strengthened.
