The Reiki I level training will cover the following: Connect to unlimited benefits of Reiki for personal and professional use; Learn the Use Reiki Natural Healing System foundational breath practices; Learn the Use Reiki Natural Healing System foundational meditations; Learn the Use Reiki Natural Healing System foundational mantra & palm healing- Receive attunements that awaken your innate self healing abilities; Receive attunements that strengthen your ability to facilitate Reiki effectively.- Experience mind/body/spirit balance and vitality with daily Reiki practices; Develop self treatment skills as well as on the spot use; Practice a full chair treatment for others to share with family and friends as desired
