Intuitive Vinyasa offers you space to drop in as you are. Classical Hatha postures intertwined with an intuitive vinyasa flow allow this class to be as dynamic or as nurturing as you please. Organic, cyclical movements lead way to traditional yoga postures followed by a velvety cool down and light vibrational sound bowls at the close of class.
