Martha Anne Dorland

Martha Anne Dorland is an archaeologist, educator, yogi, reiki practitioner and organic gardener. Martha Anne is a lifelong learner with a passion for cultural studies, the outdoors and wellness. Her attraction to both science and spirituality have led her to yoga and reiki because of their evidence-based approaches to healing and personal growth. Martha Anne has a gentle yet powerful teaching style; her calm clarity evokes comfort and release from her students.

Description

Unwind, relax and reignite energetic flow with reiki-infused restorative yoga. We use intention, breath and alignment to open pathways in the body and mind. Long-held poses with ample prop support make this class accessible to all. Eyes are mostly closed, encouraging an inward journey to reconnect with self.
