Hello, I'm Lisa Braslin. Mum, yogi, Kinesiologist. Your health and wellbeing are everything. Imbalances within the interconnected systems of the body will lead to disharmony and dis-ease. Kinesiology gently brings your body back into balance and guides you towards your true potential. I love seeing the powerful positive changes in clients brought about through the innate wisdom of the amazing human body and the gentle art and science of Kinesiology.
Description
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness, a wonderful magic carpet bag of technology.
It uses a synergistic and dynamic system of postures, breathing exercises, mantras and meditation.
Each class is different and will increase flexibility, strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, purify the body and calm the mind.
We do a short warm up and then a kriya (a set of postures with a specific effect: like helping a specific organ, body system, gland, chakra, clearing negative emotions, stabilizing the mind, or balancing energy in the body).
This is followed by deep relaxation and a short meditation.
All levels welcome.
Go at your own pace, according to your ability.
