I started practicing yoga in 2018 @wisemovesyoga with Ange during my recovery from a broken tibia and fibula. I've got a metal rod and screws in my right leg (which is why I'm slightly lop-sided in some poses!!)
What once was purely a form of physical therapy, has now become an important part of each day for me. I feel very connected to the way yoga makes me feel mentally and physically.
My teaching style focuses a lot on breathwork and mobility. It is accessible to beginners through to advanced yogis.
I look forward to meeting you and guiding you through this beautiful practice.
