Hi, my name is Amber, and I’m a wild-hearted, West Aussie-born mum of two boys. We’ve recently relocated back from Switzerland after 14 years of living and working abroad.
My background blends over two decades of professional experience in yoga, dance, remedial therapy, Ayurveda, and integrative health.
I’ve taught and mentored students across the globe, but my heart is in creating grounded, nourishing spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies and breath.
I perceive yoga as a lifelong practice of deepening self-trust - on and off the mat - and love sharing simple rituals that support balance, resilience, and a greater sense of ease in everyday life. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner, I look forward to welcoming you in class.
Description
Restorative is a gentle, calming practice designed to help you relax, restore, and rejuvenate both your body and mind.
During each session you'll be gently guided through an intuitively crafted sequence that may include:
* Restorative postures supported by props - like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, to encourage deep relaxation and release tension for deep, supported stillness.
* Breath-led floor-based movement to soothe the nervous system
* Myofascial release and self-massage techniques using studio props to unwind tension at its root.
* Ayurvedic seasonal insights to harmonise with your inner and outer environment
* Guided relaxation to drift into states of deep rest and inner renewal
Rather than a set routine, these classes respond to what’s present - honouring the cyclical, intelligent rhythms of life, and offering a soft space to land at the start of your week.
Whether you’re recovering from overexertion, craving space for integration, or simply seeking a more conscious way to restore, this class invites you to reconnect with your body's innate healing intelligence.
