Amber .
Hi, my name is Amber, and I’m a wild-hearted, West Aussie-born mum of two boys. We’ve recently relocated back from Switzerland after 14 years of living and working abroad.
My background blends over two decades of professional experience in yoga, dance, remedial therapy, Ayurveda, and integrative health.
I’ve taught and mentored students across the globe, but my heart is in creating grounded, nourishing spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies and breath.
I perceive yoga as a lifelong practice of deepening self-trust - on and off the mat - and love sharing simple rituals that support balance, resilience, and a greater sense of ease in everyday life. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner, I look forward to welcoming you in class.

Description
A steady, structured practice inspired by the Ashtanga Primary Series, thoughtfully adapted to suit all levels. This one‑hour class blends the discipline of traditional sequencing with modern modifications that support strength, mobility, and safe progression. Expect a grounding opening, breath‑led sun salutations, and a curated selection of standing, seated, and finishing postures that build heat without overwhelm. The pace is intentional, the transitions mindful, and the focus always on cultivating stability, presence, and a deeper connection to breath. Ideal for students who enjoy a clear pathway, a consistent flow, and a practice that feels both challenging and supportive.
