Restorative yoga is a practice where you hold each posture for anywhere between 3-5 minutes, sometimes even longer. Each posture is supported by tons of pillows, cushions, towels. To make sure your full body is supported so that is can fully relax in each posture.

Restorative yoga is an incredible way of helping to heal the whole body and mind. Inactivating the para-sympathetic or relaxation response it helps to balance the whole nervous system and sets up the whole body for deep healing, growth, and repair.

Perfect for everyone, especially all chronic warriors. We need more time for our bodies to heal. But also anyone suffering from insomnia, anxiety or simply being on the go all the time in a stressful environment.
