Chelsi is a certified Personal Trainer, Movement Specialist, two-time 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified Pre- and Postpartum Fitness Specialist. With a strong foundation in strength training, functional movement, and mobility, she specializes in supporting women through pregnancy and the postpartum period with evidence-informed, intentional programming. Her approach emphasizes core and pelvic floor function, progressive strength training, and safe return-to-exercise protocols tailored to the physiological demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Chelsi is committed to helping women rebuild strength, improve stability, and restore confidence in their bodies through structured, thoughtfully designed sessions. With a background in gymnastics and years of experience in strength training and coaching, she brings a trained eye for movement quality and biomechanics. Clients benefit from her detail-oriented coaching style, individualized modifications, and clear, direct cueing. Chelsi’s goal is to provide a supportive and professionally guided environment where women can safely progress, develop sustainable strength, and integrate fitness into the realities of motherhood.

Description

This Postpartum Mommy & Me Fitness series is designed to help new moms rebuild strength safely and confidently after birth. This class focuses on functional, full-body strength with special attention to the core and pelvic floor, supporting the movements you use in everyday life as a new parent.

Classes are non-heated and thoughtfully programmed using mostly bodyweight exercises, with select weeks incorporating postpartum-friendly props such as blocks, Pilates balls, straps, and resistance bands. Expect a supportive, progressive approach that emphasizes foundational movement, strength, and stability, helping you reconnect with your body at your own pace.

This is a baby-friendly class for moms with pre-walking babies — feed, soothe, and snuggle them as needed. Come as you are, connect with your body, your baby, and a supportive community of other moms on the same journey.

You are welcome to join once you have medical clearance, with 6 weeks postpartum generally recommended by medical professionals.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided — just bring water and your baby.
