Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our new Fly Low class.
The benefits:
• Deep stretches that invite you to be in the present moment
• Deep tissue massage from the pressure of the yoga sling
• Restorative poses for grounding and relaxing
• Feel completely cocooned and supported in the yoga sling
Additional info:
• Bring your yoga mat (or a towel). It is also possible to rent a mat from us for €2 (cash/tikkie).
• Bring an extra sweater or warm socks for Savasana.
• Please wear stretchy, comfortable yoga clothes, with no buttons or zippers (as these can damage the slings).
• Please do not eat or drink for at least an hour before the class.
• Men and women welcome.
• Class in English and Dutch.
