Research has shown that yoga can be a very effective complementary therapy for a wide variety of physical, mental and emotional challenges.
Many of us suffer backpain, in different degrees. Those symptoms may impact your quality of life, daily functions, social interactions, mood and sleep.
So, we truly want to support you in understanding some main mechanisms and how yoga postures and practice van help you release some of the pain associated with disfunctions.
