Take a moment in the middle of your day to pause and ground yourself.

Feeling grounded is essential, not just physically but emotionally too. Most of us spend too much time in our heads (or on our phones), which makes us feel scattered and overwhelmed. If you have a busy mind, yoga is the perfect practice to slow things down.

Grounding helps us to return to the present moment and a sense of calm regardless of what is happening around you. You can once again see the big picture, and connect to something larger than yourself.

This Slow Flow class is meditative, emphasising peace and calm in body and mind. The flow is slower and poses are held longer, improving both strength and flexibility. This class perfect for those new to yoga or nursing injuries.

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you wish to swap your class from in-studio to online, you must do this via MomoYoga.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

Zoom classes:
- You will receive an automatic email from MomoYoga 45 minutes before the start time with all the details to join the Zoom call.
- If you book a class within 45 minutes of the start time, you will not get an email, however you can find the link to the zoom class in the class description on MomoYoga.
