We are excited to invite you to a new Yoga series in June, centred around fearlessness, joyful movement, and core training. These three classes are designed to help you explore your authentic self and gain more confidence through an energetic Vinyasa flow.
Your teacher will be Rachele. New to Womanhood Studio, she has years experience as a circus acrobat and Yoga instructor. Her classes are perfect to explore inversions and handstands, stretch yourself out of your comfort zone and take your Yoga practice to new levels.
What you can expect in these classes:
• You will begin with an energizing meditation to connect to the present moment, release emotional clutter, shake off fear and express who you are.
• You will then flow into a Vinyasa sequence designed to workout your core and your arms.
• You will end with playfulness as we practice inversions and handstands.
No forearm stand or headstand experience? No problem! During this series you will have time to build strength and confidence to get you there.*
Join us on Wednesday 15th June, 22nd June and 29th June, and surrender to the blissful, healing joy of mindful movement.
*this class is not recommended if you currently have a neck or shoulder injury. If this is the case, we recommend our Yin Yoga class (take a look at our weekly schedule).
