This series of 5 classes offers a space of exploration and creation.
Let’s inhabit forgotten paths, work on the de-automation of motion, opening ourselves to a space of listening and improvisation.

From the concept of magnetism, we will explore the relationship between body and fabric, playing with rhythms, weights and shapes.

What to expect?
Being challenged, learn new tricks, develop a choreography, and feel the benefits of a consistent practice.

For whom?
This course is aimed exclusively for people with previous experience in Aerial Yoga.
