Mooncircle Yoga ties in current cosmic themes of our moon's phases while integrating soft, gentle yin yoga movement that supports the storyline behind this narrative.

We will be celebrating together the 2023 Strawberry Full Moon on 2 June, Friday.

This full moon will be in the zodiac sign of Sagittarius, bringing us a moment to tap into the fire element that honours this period for celebrating adventure as well as letting go.

For this full moon, we plan to go OUTSIDE! Appreciating nature in a restorative “Fly Low” class in the slings.
