Description
Pilates for children is a mixture of the Pilates exercises, dance and improvisation.
Playfully, children will get to exercise, strengthen and feel good about themselves.
This class might help your boy or girl, ages 6-10, to improve and work on the following issues:
• Body Awareness
• Concentration
• Strength & Flexibility
• Weight Management
• Self-Esteem & Confidence
• Coordination & Balance
Pilates can be supporting other sports, like Hockey, Socker, Ballet, and more.
