Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that targets the deeper layers of the body — the fascia, joints, and connective tissues.
We hold each posture for several minutes, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet down.
This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and surrender. 🌿
It’s perfect for releasing tension, increasing flexibility, and finding inner stillness after a busy day.
