This gentle Hatha yoga class is perfect for absolute beginners or those returning to their practice. You’ll learn basic postures, proper alignment, and mindful breathing techniques at a slow, steady pace, focusing on flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Each session ends with relaxing Savasana and breathwork, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and refreshed.
