Description
In this Yin yoga class, we will turn inward and reflect. We will observe what is going on in our emotional and physical body. We will reflect, observe and perhaps find ways in which we can take better care of ourselves.
Classes are pay-as-you-can, mats will be provided, everyone welcome.
Suggested contributions:
5 EUR - Basic support
10 EUR- Pays for the studio rental
15 EUR- studio rental + pays me
20 EUR- studio rental, pay me and support these classes and make them viable
To keep yoga accessible this class is ''pay as you can''. You can contribute in cash or with a tikkie after the class :).
