Autumn has started and that means change is in the air: temperatures drop, days are shorter, there is less light, and trees start to turn yellow & red. A perfect time for a slow Yin yoga session. We have had a long summer, but now it's time to embrace autumn and how better to do that by slowing down. In this 1-hour Yin class we will combine slow movements with still yin poses. Mats are provided, class is pay-as-you can, beginners welcome.

In November, trees are shedding their leaves; we will try and do the same by letting go of what no longer serves us. We will also focus on releasing tension with long-held Yin poses, slow movement & gentle fascia release techniques. This is a 1-hour class, pay-as-you-can, with mats provided. Beginners are welcome.
