In this Yin practice we will slowly start opening as March is the last month of winter and spring is approaching. We will slowly open our bodies up, creating some space in body and mind to prepare for spring arriving.
Classes are pay-as you can, mats will be provided, everyone welcome.
Suggested contributions:
5 EUR - Basic support
10 EUR- Pays for the studio rental
15 EUR- studio rental + pays me
20 EUR- studio rental, pay me and support these classes and make them viable
To keep yoga accessible this class is ''pay as you can''. You can contribute in cash or with a tikkie after the class :).
