Start your week off with intention and join me for some Yin yoga in Westerpark. We will do a nature- inspired meditation, followed by a dynamic Yin yoga sequence. We will end with a bit of journalling and tea but this is optional! Bring your own mat and some layers of clothing. In case of bad weather the class will be cancelled. Exact location follows later.
