Description
In this 60-minute Yin Yoga class we will focus on nurturing and restoring our body and giving ourselves some extra support in the poses. We will work with various props.
Mats will be provided, beginners are welcome and class will be pay as you can.
Suggested contributions:
5 EUR - Basic support
10 EUR- Pays for the studio rental
15 EUR- studio rental + pays me
20 EUR- studio rental, pay me and support these classes and make them viable
