Yoga isn’t just a practice for me — it’s a way of life. Over the past 15 years, yoga has helped me transform into a calmer, more resilient, and more open-hearted version of myself. It’s also been a powerful tool in managing my scoliosis-related back pain. Through yoga, I’ve learned how strength and softness can exist together — on the mat and in life.
Description
We start and finish this class with 10 minutes of Pranayama (breathing exercises) followed with 'No flow.' Steady in some poses that invite attention to your body and breath. Ideal for all levels.
