A fusion of yoga and weights. Think sculpting, toning, strength and flexibility.

The session will end with a traditional
Savasana (relaxation).

A selection of weights will be available, but feel free to bring your own ankle/wrist weights too which can we worn throughout the practice.

We will work through a series of breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system and bring you to a state of relaxation. You will then have the option to sit or lie back on the mat with bolsters, blankets and lavender eye masks or float in one of our yoga hammocks whilst you are guided into an even deeper state of relaxation and healing with sound therapy. We will incorporate Tibetan sound bowls, crystal sound bowls, chimes and rain makers.

Suitable for all levels.
