Description
YOUR class time runs for 45 - 60 minutes, you may arrive any time between 5.30am and 6.15am to enjoy your practice.
Mysore is a guided self-practice strengthening your physical, mental and emotional body.
Each student is following their own yoga sequence at their own pace while the instructor wanders around and gives advice and adjustments.
It's a super personalised approach in a group setting!
Emphasis on Self - Practice.
Yoga becomes much more accessible when you can do it competently in your own environment. After learning under guidance at the studio, you can grab time on the mat without needing to take a trip to the studio.
Structure.
You know what you're getting. Repetition of a set sequence means you really embed the teachings and have the control of how hard you work. There are no excuses. You're forced to confront your own body and mind.
Breath.
The Mysore method allows students to be taught slowly so that they can fine-tune the
breathing for each new pose.
