We will explore the healing and relaxing benefits of slow, considered poses, guided breathing practices (Pranayama) and Meditation.
Please have a bolster (or pillow), a strap (or scarf), a bath / beach towel and a blanket ready. If you can, prepare the space for your practice. Light a candle, dim the lights, grab an eye pillow... xo

This practice is designed to activate your Yin and Yang. The flowing Hatha sequence will get you out of your head and the Yin will help you sit longer, and more comfortably in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).
