Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.
Description
Each month we will explore Pranayam (controlled breath) and Meditation techniques to support you into a consistent Meditation practise. In between classes you are invited to practise what we have learned.
Meditation supports our Parasympathetic Nervous System into rest and digest and out of 'fight or flight', which provides many other wonderful health benefits.
Dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring a towel and a blanket.
