This class is suitable for all ages.

A deliciously slow yet powerful practise designed to support the parasympathetic nervous system.
Expect to explore:
gentle movement to build strength and support mobility and balance (asana)
guided breath work to unite the body and mind experience (pranayama)
meditation to support mental health and function
We may use chairs during some classes, along with other props which are provided by the studio.

This class offers simple yet effective poses to take you from stressed out to blissed out!
Learn to breathe, rest and restore in preparation for meditation.

Strengthening poses: Guided sequences taken slowly to build strength in your body and calm your mind
Somatizations: Guided sensory experiences for you to learn about your body from the inside-out
Pranayama: Guided breath practices to connect your body, mind and soul.
Meditation: Guided and silent meditations call in the embodiment of your practice
Savasana: Silent rest for deep integration

A playful Hatha class including Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation.
Beginners will receive clear instruction and more seasoned Yogis will be offered advanced versions of poses if feeling to expand their practice into this space. It is best to have had some experience and a reasonable level of fitness before attending this class.
Themes of focus will vary from week to week exploring the colourful teachings of Yogic Philosophy.
