In a slow flow, poses are linked together with mindful breath, and transitions between poses are unhurried. The emphasis is on fluidity, but with time for deeper exploration of each posture in comparison to a traditional vinyasa class. There is also a strong emphasis on mindfulness and body awareness, inviting you to be present in the moment, tapping into your parasympathetic system as you reach a meditative state. The challenge of this class will be to combine slow, deep breathing as we transition smoothly and with body awareness through poses.

This inclusive and accessible yoga practice will leave you feeling grounded and renewed. Grounded Bliss and beyond will provide a nurturing space where we can discover our own pathways to wellness and serenity, both while seated and as we move into new dimensions of our practice. All poses will be chair and mat friendly!
