In a slow flow, poses are linked together with mindful breath, and transitions between poses are unhurried. The emphasis is on fluidity, but with time for deeper exploration of each posture in comparison to a traditional vinyasa class. There is also a strong emphasis on mindfulness and body awareness, inviting you to be present in the moment, tapping into your parasympathetic system as you reach a meditative state. The challenge of this class will be to combine slow, deep breathing as we transition smoothly and with body awareness through poses.

Unbound Myofascial Release is a slow, somatic yoga practice that invites you to soften, sense, and set yourself free from the ties that bind us — in body, spirit, and mind.
Through gentle somatic movement, conscious breath, and self-massage using therapy balls and foam rollers, we’ll explore how tension patterns and holding in the fascia shape the way we move and feel.

This practice supports deep release in the nervous system, unwinds layers of restriction, and restores a sense of inner spaciousness.
Each class is an invitation to loosen what binds you — physically, emotionally, energetically — and to rediscover ease, flow, and freedom within your own body.
