🇪🇸Esta clase está diseñada para terminar la semana con presencia, gratitud y liberación del estrés. En ella empezamos y terminamos con unos ejerciós de respiración, concentración y meditación tanto de orígenes yogicos como de Mindfulness. Tambien disfrutaremos de las vistas y sonidos del mar. Es una clase de Vinyasa flow, yoga dinámico, para todos los niveles. Cuando terminemos, nos vamos a bañar en el mar (opcional!)

🇬🇧In this bilingual Vinyasa Flow we will start and finish with breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. We will enjoy the sea views, the sounds and fresh air. Apart from saying goodbye to the week with gratitude, presence and liberation from stress and tension, we will stay connected with the community. When we finish, we'll jump into the see (optional!)
