Haremos nuestra práctica completa: respiración, posturas, flow, juego, meditación, relajación y terminamos bañandonosss. Esta clase va a ser enfocada en cierre del año y preparación para el año que viene.

SATURDAY 7th December at Muelle Uno at 10:00 on the platform just on top of the French soap shop!

As usual, we'll do it all: meditation, asanas and flow, relaxation and will finish by jumping into the sea!! And then, whoever feels like, we'll go for breakfast/brunch together! This class will be focused on closing the year and preparation for the new one.
