🇪🇸¡Hola a tod@s! Nos vemos el DOMINGO 19 de enero a las 10:00 para celebrar la entrada al año nuevo a través de una práctica de yoga.
Como siempre, haremos la práctica completa: respiración, posturas, flow, juego, meditación, relajación y terminamos desayunando juntos (opcional).
Disfrutaremos de la energía revitalizante del mar, con el sonido de las olas de fondo y vistas espectaculares que nos conectan con la naturaleza y nos inspiran. Practicar en la playa es una experiencia única que nos permite inhalar aire fresco y sentir la arena bajo nuestros pies mientras nos movemos y nos transformamos.
Precio: €12. Si necesitas la esterilla de yoga, la puedes alquilar por €2.
Los miembros de Yoga Centre Flow tienen una clase en la playa al mes GRATIS. También entra en la mensualidad.

🇬🇧Hello everyone! We’ll see each other on SUNDAY, January 19th at 10:00 AM to celebrate the New Year with a yoga practice.
As always, we will do a complete practice: breathing, postures, flow, play, meditation, relaxation, and we’ll finish by having breakfast together (optional!).
We will enjoy the revitalizing energy of the sea, with the sound of the waves in the background and breathtaking views that connect us with nature and inspire us. Practicing on the beach is a unique experience that allows us to inhale fresh air and feel the sand beneath our feet as we move and transform.
Price: €12. If you need a yoga mat, you can rent one for €2.
Members of Yoga Centre Flow get one free beach class per month. This is also included in the monthly fee.
