We will use massage rounds to stretch and loosen the fascia buildup so that the fascia, your muscles and joints can move more freely, restore and improve motion.

Myofascial release is helpful to assist in muscle and skeletal mobility and lessen pain by relaxing contracted muscles, while improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
