Join Tara Casagrande for this hour long class where you will cocoon yourself on your yoga mat with all the props( blankets, bolsters, & weighted pillows ) Simply lay on your mat to receive the healing vibrations from the sacred gong. The beginning of class will provide some gentle yoga movements, some breath work and intention setting to prepare the body to receive. Our hope is that you leave feeling relaxed, peaceful, grounded and centered.
