Over Yoga Lieke

Valérie started for the first time practicing yoga in 2016 at a stage of her life where she was physically and emotionally broken. She first went to a restorative yoga class and found her way to yin and hatha yoga after a while. Valérie was amazed about the positive effect yoga had both on her ill body (reuma) and her tired mind (burnout). Yoga gave her back her "joy the vivre!"
Now, 7 years later Valérie is teaching Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and yoga Nidra. She's informing people about the importance of being mindful of their own capabilities and limitations. Bringing balance between body and mind, both on the mat or Reiki table and in their daily life.
