Vinyasa For All - This class particularly focuses on body mobility and range of motion to promote joints health and improve body stability. Taken at a slower pace than our Vinyasa Flow class, this style is still strong and physically dynamic. The slower transitions between poses encourage mindfulness, resilience and body awareness. It is a class for newer students or completed beginners to build up confidence for further Vinyasa practice.
