Description
Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a Somatic and Restorative Yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body.

This class begins with Somatics - subtle, slow & gentle floor based embodied movements to cultivate greater mind-body awareness which help release chronic tensions and stresses.

This is followed by a restorative yoga practice which facilitates deep conscious and constructive rest supported by pillows, bolsters & blankets.

The class is designed to improve your feeling of wellbeing & provides the mind and body with equanimity, vitality and restoration through movement and rest.

Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.

Part of the Sunday Sanctuary Sessions.
