Sam had been practicing with Yoga Meditation Healing since 2009 and completed their inaugural 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. In her classes, Sam aims to create a safe space to open up and to explore the movements and shapes that our bodies can make. With Sam’s nurturing energy, each individual is supported in developing their own unique balance between challenge and deep relaxation, rest and release while navigating the physical, mental and energetic journey that is yoga. Sam also offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage at the studio.

Description

This class connects movement with breath, we begin with grounding practices and preparatory stretches and end with longer held floor based postures and meditative movement. The main body of the class incorporates a mixture of sun salutations with standing, balancing and seated poses and movements.
You will be encouraged to honour your own individual body in order to progress your practice and develop an awareness of how your body feels moment to moment. Variations and props will be provided throughout to suit individual’s energy. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
