Find sanctuary with a nurturing & nourishing practice of yin and restorative yoga. Spring is the perfect time to release & renew with a carefully crafted yin yoga sequence to free the hips, legs & spine followed by restorative yoga which facilitates deep conscious rest supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets. This two hour enriching practice will leave you feeling calm, grounded & replenished.

Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.
