Sam had been practicing with Yoga Meditation Healing since 2009 and completed their inaugural 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. In her classes, Sam aims to create a safe space to open up and to explore the movements and shapes that our bodies can make. With Sam’s nurturing energy, each individual is supported in developing their own unique balance between challenge and deep relaxation, rest and release while navigating the physical, mental and energetic journey that is yoga. Sam also offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage at the studio.

Join Sam for a high energy start to the day and week. This class draws from the Ashtanga Primary Series. You will; build strength and increase flexibility, develop autonomy in your practice, set a pace that is right for your body and mind. Sam will tailor for different levels of experience by suggesting variations and modifications. Leave feeling ready for the week ahead!
