Sam had been practicing with Yoga Meditation Healing since 2009 and completed their inaugural 200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. In her classes, Sam aims to create a safe space to open up and to explore the movements and shapes that our bodies can make. With Sam’s nurturing energy, each individual is supported in developing their own unique balance between challenge and deep relaxation, rest and release while navigating the physical, mental and energetic journey that is yoga.
Sam also offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage at the studio.
Description
Move gently, then be still. This Yin based class invites you to explore soft, preparatory movement that transitions into longer held shapes. The practice encourages deep release for connective tissue, improves flexibility and promotes nervous system regulation.
