Marjolein is originally from the Netherlands and now based with her family in Aotearoa. She began her yoga journey in The Netherlands with a classical hatha training and continued following trainings and teaching classes around the world. She have completed Yoga Alliance registered trainings in classical hatha yoga, pre-and postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and transformational yoga.
She is a sincere yoga lover, dedicated mum, travel addict, foodie and nature lover at heart... Passionate about inspiring others to improve their wellbeing and live a joyful life.
Description
Join a small group of fellow mamas-to-be. This is such a special time in your life. This class helps you to nurture your changing body and prepare for birth and postpartum.
Each week we work with a different theme around the entire pregnancy continuum, that can be; trust in one own’s abilities, optimal baby positioning, yoga for birth, and preparation for postpartum.
The class is limited to 7 mama's-to-be.
$125 for a 7 week block, $20 casual drop in.

This class is capped at max 7 spaces per class. There will be 1 meter social distancing between each mat.
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
Please wear a mask when you enter and leave the space. You can take your mask off during the practice.
At the entrance you'll find the QR code to scan for contract tracing.
As spaces are limited there will be a waiting list for casual spaces.
Please do not come if you have any signs of cold or flu symptoms or a waiting for the results of a Covid test.
