Saskia's Journey into wellness started in 1998 training in Reflexology. She then moved to London from South Africa where Saskia continued to study Reflexology, massage, nutrition and yoga. Working alongside Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and Doctors she then created her own Wellness company after moving to New Zealand. Saskia has helped many people overcome health issues through her wellness and holistic approach. She loves to help people feel great and to live their best life. Coming home to themselves through holistic nutrition, meditation, yoga and body work.
Description
Perfect for new students who are curious about yoga or experienced students who are wanting a more gentle Tuesday morning stretch!
Each class is 75 min. The first 45 min are more energising and activating, the last 30 min focussed on deep relaxation through restorative yoga poses or Yoga Nidra.
You will be introduced to:
- Guided asanas (postures)
- Surya Namaskar (sun salutations)
- Safe alignment and use of props
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Relaxation tools, like Yoga Nidra

This class is capped at max 8 spaces per class. There will be 1 meter social distancing between each mat.
