Marjolein is originally from the Netherlands and now based with her family in Aotearoa. She began her yoga journey in The Netherlands with a classical hatha training and continued following trainings and teaching classes around the world. She have completed Yoga Alliance registered trainings in classical hatha yoga, pre-and postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and transformational yoga. She is a sincere yoga lover, dedicated mum, travel addict, foodie and nature lover at heart... Passionate about inspiring others to improve their wellbeing and live a joyful life.

Description

Nurture Yourself in Nature
Nature offers a beautiful container to connect with the elements around. Cultivating the relationship between your inner nature and outer nature.

Each class is 75 min. The first 45 min are more yang, energising and activating. The last 30 min more yin, focussed on deep relaxation through restorative yoga.

Suitable for all levels, beginners as well as experienced yogis who are wanting more a gentle morning stretch.

These classes will take place in Long Bay Regional Park over the Summer months at site 5, next to the undercover area.

What to bring:
- Yoga mat or Towel, there are space mats available.
- Water to hydrate afterwards
- Optional: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
- Layers of clothes

Class Times:
Tuesday 9.15 - 10.15am
Thursday's 9.15 - 10.15am
Saturday 8.30 - 9.30am

The classes are also open for drop-in attendance and can be pre-booked via momoyoga

Normal price $22 per class
January special $10 (valid till the 4th of February '23)

If you have a yoga mat, it's encouraged to bring your own. There will be spare yoga mats available.

In case of rain the class will be moved indoors to the Yoga Roots studio in Torbay. This is first come, first serve. The first 8 bookings will have a spot in the studio, the remaining bookings will keep their credit for another class.
