We'll practice accesable yoga postures, infused with gentle flowing movements, followed by restorative resting, relaxing breath practices and a long Savasana - deep relaxation.

This gentle postnatal classes are designed to allow you to nurture and restore yourself after pregnancy and birth. Designed to help to enjoy some you-time with bubs in a safe and comfortable environment.

Each class will include gentle movements and stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

+ Feed and Chat: mums can arrive already anytime after 10.15am to feed and settle bubs before class, while enjoying a cup of relaxing herbal tea and catch up with other local mama’s.

No yoga experience necessary.

Suitable for mums with baby from 6 weeks+ up to crawling.

Prenatal Yoga // Bloom with Your Baby in this special season of your life.

These classes are designed to meet you where you are in your pregnancy.
Join a small group of fellow mamas-to-be. Prenatal Yoga not only helps you to nurture your changing body, but also prepares your for birth and postpartum.

Each week we work with a different theme around the entire pregnancy continuum, that can be; trust in one own’s abilities, optimal baby positioning, breath tools, birth, and preparation for postpartum.
